Q.
my baby didn't drink water. always reject the water. and also when try to sip the water , he began to cough.

In this here it is very difficult to comment propgerly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate prop GTerly and will guide you accordingly for this .

try to give water at Gap of 2 or 3 hours
give water in sippy cup or cup with straw which will help to encourage your child to drink water from it
for example
Babyhug cup or glass with straw
or give water in other forms like soup, juice, coconut water, buttermilk nimbupani etc
