my baby coughs while drinking milk (breastfeeding) is it due to heavy flow?

Mam there are two things associated with that yes one could be heavy flow with your child is unable to manage and second could probably be the same as you would know that the feeding posture of the child is not correct when the head is not in elevated position they can often face this kind of a problem so please take care of that
