hi experts I am a mother of 8months ild daughter rightnow i got my periods after 6 months and i am still breastfeeding my daughter but the flow is quite heavy is it ok to have such a heavy flow and any suggestion what can be done to lower the flow your help will be appriciated

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist8 months agoA. Namaste Mom It is absouletly normal and fine , the flow is heavy mostly due the gap of starting periods after a long duration, the flow varies as per the hormomal.leavls
