Babies imitate their parents.Be calm and making eating time interesting. Toddlers catch their parents worries very well and they too become tense.Introduce new flavors. Find out what she likes and dislikes. Try her disliked foods in intervals without making her rebel.Try different colors, shapes and textures in the food. Introduce one at a time without much fuzz.Make her eat by her own. It may be messy, but it boosts her self esteem.Praise her when she chews. Encourage her to chew her food showing the actions, videos,stories etc.Serve food in regular gaps of 3 to 4 hours. Give her 15–20 min to finish eating and then take away the plate.Say no to the screen time while eating. Encourage eating time as family time.
