Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us with this question please note that it's best to continue with mother's milk until 1 year old however if you need to give your baby an alternate then the next best option is formula milk cow milk can be started after your baby turns 1 year old
