my baby boy is going to complete 10th month by March 5th , still he's teethless, why and wats the reason ?

A. Hi mom Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Maintain hydration Maintain hygiene Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk Many baby has late milestone of teething No need to worry Give adequate water Consult with your doctor or dentist once for proper medical examination and treatment
