Q.

my baby boy is almost 4 months but weight is only 5 kg 100 grams , is it ok or do we need to do something to gain weight ?

A. what is the baby birth weight dear.. as ideally baby will gain around 500-700g per month after birth.. and should be double the birth weight.. and three times the birth weight at completion of one year.. exclusively breast feed for six months..
