Q.
My baby boy is 9+ months now ,my pediatrician suggested to add pinch of salt and ghee in his food. Usually we shouldn't give salt /ghee for babies under 1year . What shall I do ? Shall I give him salt and ghee???

Debadata jenaFather of a 9 m old girl2 days agoA. you can give ghee with very little amount like 1/4 teaspoon.But no salt.

I would like to share my experience with you when my doctor said the same thing that you should give proper salt and spices in the food because we do when you don’t like tasteless food don’t expect it from your child also and I did and I gave you and I never faced the problem in feeding my child with my personal experience I can definitely advise you to go for it because different doctors have different opinions about it
