ReshmaMom of a 2 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Include healthy foods in the baby's regular diet. Like ragi porridge, oats porridge, khichadi, boiled veggies, vegetable soup, idli, boiled egg and fruits. To make it easy, prepare a one proper diet chart. And Daily try to include different food options and make their food colorful as much as possible by adding veggies. By this way baby would love to have their food. And most importantly continue breastfeeding the baby. It is also important for their healthy growth. My baby is 8 months old but in a mixed feed as my milk supply is low. That's why along with breast milk my pediatrician recommended to start giving formula milk to the baby. And He personally suggested Dexolac Stage 2. It is enriched with 36 essential nutrients and is good for the baby's healthy growth. And thankfully it suited my baby well.
