my baby boy is 22 months old not saying any word I m so worried what can i do

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. most of the babies by the age of 2 years will be speaking small sentences of two to three words if the baby doesn't have any vocabulary better to take evaluation by your doctor

PallaviMom of a 7 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. hello...Most children speak their first word between 10 to 14 months of age. By the time your baby is 1 year old, baby will say between one to three words. They will be simple, and not complete words, but you will know what they mean like my liitle one said “ma-ma,” n “pa-pa,” or try a name for a sibling, pet, or toy...also by the 18 month baby will start speaking one or two small sentences ...but some babies take more time then others which is nothing to worry about...show to speech therapist if baby doesn't for few more months
