my son is 22 months old ,he does not say even a word.

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello mum is even at this age your child is not able to speak even a single word then you can visit a speech specialist for the therapy but still I will suggest you to wait till the age of 2 years because at this age babies start speaking many words as well as few sentences
