My baby boy is 21 days old and his breast looks swollen and so much milk comes out from it when we press it..Is it normal or I need to consult a doc??

A. Hello, your baby boy is 21 days old and he has swollen breast nodules so it’s very normal and the milk which come is a witch milk and don’t squeeze it
