Hi My baby girl is 1 month old . when we press her nipples, milk comes out from it . and the nipples are little big now . what is the cause and should we be worried? thanks.

A. hi but why you are pressing it ? please don't do such things. keep that area clean. dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes. As there is swelling , please visit your pediatrician.
