do we need to press the 2nd month baby boy nipples to extract the fluid ?

A. Hello mom Mostly boys nipples doesn’t contains fluids. So there is no need to press it. Doctors advice to do it with girls but not with boys. If your baby is active and taking proper feed on time then everything is fine and nothing to worry about so you should not worry about these things at all. Happy parenting
