Q.

my nipples are very hard although if I press milk comes out but my baby is not pressing that hard and he becomes restless and finally I have to give top feed plz suggest

A. Hello dear parent! Latch the baby well to your breast and make a good skin to skin contact with your baby while breastfeeding. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding. Try consulting a lactation expert for advice. Good luck and take care.
