my baby is 8days old his breast have become hard wd milk I had seen pressing them milk comes out if I press them is it normal what I should do

A. Hai good evening !! Due to lactation breasts become hard,heavier even leakage ,its common it is a sign of good lactation. You can also express out milk either manually by pressing or using manual/electric breast pump and feed to baby ,can store breast milk upto 6-8 hours in normal room temperature,in fridge more than 8 hours - two days.
