Q.
My baby boy is 18 monts old now. Since last one month he is not eating single one meal. He is just demanding milk and snacks like mamra makhana etc. i tried offering him khichadi dal rice, curd rice , banana etc. but he is rejecting everything. I m much worried. What should i do !

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician5 days agoA. It’s okay don’t get stressed as it happens and reduce the milk quantity to twice a day and rest of the day give solid meals and fruits yo child and serve the child in a colourful Plate and let him eat on his own
