Q.
my baby boy is 1 year old, nowadays he doesn't eat anything. what to do. n having cold frequently. plz suggest.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful .
cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor accordinhug to the type of cough.
if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

it might happen because of weather change, stomach upset , dehydration or nutritional deficiencies.
so please try to give small and frequent meal.
but don't force feed or overfeed your child.
encourage your child by giving his favourite food
maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
