Q.

my baby boy has getting fever more than 3 day's while using syrup baby is normal for 3 to 4 hour's are else again he's getting fever is it dangerous r any other fever is occurring pls tell sir

A. thank you for reaching up to us with this question is very normal when you baby gets viral fever so please continue to monitor fever try and do body sponging to help reduce the fever please follow all medication advise given to you by your pediatrician
