Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. gastrocolic reflex is very normal in children. in this phenomena the child is having semi solid to solid stool after every episode of of food intake. if the growth of the child is proper thexre is no need to worry about this phenomena. it is also advisable to continue curd bxuttermilk apple and banana which will help in proper digestion of food. usually this phenomena decreases with increasing age of the child

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. baby passes motions soon after every meal this is common in some babies if the stool consistency is fine nothing to worry about keep baby well hydrated this will improve as the baby grows
