my baby boy 2 yrs 3 month he says only dada but doesn't say any word what can I do plz tell me

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. most of the babies by this age will be having meaning full speech even small sentences of 2 to 3 words it is better once you can consult a doctor for examination

Try to interact more with your child ride this new words to the child that is going to help along with that if you see if your child is understanding every thing then that is a positive sign and just to be on the safer side check with a speech therapist once
