My baby birth weight was 2.75 kg .Now she is 21 days old and her weight is 2.9 kg .Is it ok ?

No Maam it’s like one weeks wait should be somewhere around hundred grams 250 g right now if you look at it your child as practically not gained that way so you can check with your doctor advise you to wait for an entire month to see how much gain is there then you check if it is less then start with formula
