Its Way too less your child should be somewhere around 8 KG as of now if not eat at least a minimum of 7 1/2 kgs so you should consult a doctor one start with supplements like multivitamin calcium and iron I’m sure your child must be having these deficiencies also and then consult a nutrition expert please
