my baby always place her hands on her genital area ..today I examine her part there is a small white color burn like summer sunburn....how to overcome this

Statics reveal that more than 90% of boys and nearly 60% of girls touch themselves during their lives. Children touch themselves differently at different ages. Some male infants touch their penis in utero.
