Q.
my baby almost going 2 b 2 years old speaks only umma, calls everyone umma only ,ND tells illa, pappa no other words and communicates everything through action ..I m a bit worried should I take her to a speech therapist?? she understands everything, will do everything what we say but responds through actions

So along with his please check if your child understanding whatever you are explaining to the child is your time following simple command responding to name making eye contact if all these things are happening that don’t worry about the speech it will come over the period you just need to interact more with your child and once to be on the safer side consult a speech therapist.Write Your Answer Here
