my baby age is 1 year 8 months old and now I'm pregnant, I did not loose my mommy pouch ( Diastasis recti) , in my second pregnancy what will be precautions to follow to not gainning tummy fat and any problems occur in second pregnancy due to diastasis recti pls answer

Maam better to consult your doctor they will give you all the list of precautions that you need to take if there’s anything that is good for you to start with from an early age in terms of basic exercising or some additions or alterations into your diet
