Ma’am yes it can be because it is not water it’s a different kind of gel so I agree that you must have got a quantity check done or something but silicon once sometimes when their child has teeth or they apply a lot of pressure it can burst out it’s common with any brand currently I would just recommend you to consult a doctor once
