My baby 8 and half months old..Today I gave her idli which had eno..now I got to know that eno is suitable for 11 yrs and above..what should I do now..is it something to worry about?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom not to worry it is fine you havent given eno directly to the baby , next time onwards just be careful on that , also keep in mind that fermented products cause gas issues for some
