my baby 5 month old she has some allergy on her face only . plz recomend any cream or lotion to cure...

its quite difficult to tell anything without examination.

Give adequate feeding
Burp well after every feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Wash your hands often before touching your baby
Stay hydrated
