my baby 48 days old today and she have a slight cold what to do

Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like aletx cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest. As a part of viral illness there could be associated symyptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .

Sinarist Af paediatric drops can be given to the child as of now this is going to be absolutely good this is a basic antiallergic that I am suggesting you you can give five drops two times in a day for three days and also you can give indirect steam also
