my baby 3 complete 4 months running he didnot have sufficient breastfeeding,, can I start cerelac 4 complete 5 month running time please suggest me

A. Dear mum, no, you should not start giving cerelac or any other top food at the age of 4-5 months. You should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. If baby is active, alert and passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours then feeding is sufficient.
