my baby 2month 3days old when he hears our voice he smiles he moves his eyes towards the toys but he not turns his head to our voice

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. will improve in next 1 to 2 months most newborns startle or "jump" to sudden loud noises. by 3 months, a baby recognizes and calms to a parent's voice. by 6 months, babies turn their eyes or head toward a new sound and repeat sounds. if there is any confusion it is advisable to visit the doctor for the same
