my baby 11 months old he is being so fussy and adamant and crying for everything from past 4 days he wants to be in outside every time I don't know why he is been doing this it's very much stress to me

Teething could be happening with your child in the first place and second could be premolars coming and the third could be deficiency of iron in the body because with what you mentioned all these things associated with that and sometimes when the child does not get enough from the family of the child is bored and they like to go outside that can also be one big reason
