Q.
my baby 1.5 month lifting his leg up while sleeping. his eyes are closed but he feels disturbed, move his body, move his head right & left. sometimes he passes gas. After passing gas I feed him. Sometimes he doesnot pass gas. when he donot pass then I hold his leg up, he become quiet & calm. I hope this is normal.

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, after feeding give a gap of one hour and do tummy time. And Cyclic leg exercise this both will help in reducing gas problem. Make sure you are very gentle while doing these two exercises. When baby cries while doing tummy time take the baby of immediately. Also take a little coconut oil and massage on baby stomach clockwise and anticlockwise for couple of time. Burp your baby well after every feed.
