my babies is having eyes tears and yellow discharge since birth till now ,I show my pediatrician and also eye specialist but it did not work what should i do now

A. Would be associated with tear blockage on the nose in between the area of the eyes clockwise and anticlockwise 10 to 15×1 time and 3 to 4 times in the day hopefully that is going to be quite benefiting to get rid of this situation
