ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi yes this could be due to excessive drooling of saliva during the teething phase..apply moisturizer over that area..use soft wipes.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip to facilitate the eruption process of teeth
