my another child is having so much of gas n face also getting rough he is 19 Months old

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. some babies may be having gas excessively It is quite natural small babies will be having lot of gas and there will be pain in stomach also please do burping of the baby after feeding give Colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe medicine
