Q.

my. aby is 14 months now .. earlier she used to wake up only once in the night for feed but now she wakes up thrice and has very disturbed sleep can anyone tell is it normal at this age or I need to consult a Dr... please help

A. Hello mom these are just phases , as they are growing they get more active as they get to explore things around them. also diegstion , their diet should be all family foods now . maintain gap between sleep and meal
