Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. Home remedies like Tulsi Ginger diluted with water combination (honey can be added after 1 year age)and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day. try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops frequently for nasal blockage, simple cough and cold. Indirect steam is helpful.d For cold you can give drops wikoryl AF 0.5 ml to the child 2-3 times per day. This may due to either allergy or infection and some times due to cdlimate changes and temperature variations . If fever is present give paracetamol.

Sinarist AF paediatric crops can be given to the child currently you can give one ML to your time to time is in the day and a minimum for three days you can go ahead with it this is an anti-allergic should be very helpful and if needed please check with your doctor one time
