My 9 months old girl has a dark skin around her hips n thighs only but rest of her skin is fair...how wud I clear her skin tone..??

U Can try using potato juice if it helps because it is very very known for cutting tanning out of the body if you feel that your child may be having a little bit of dullness or tanning because of any reason then potato juice is going to be very good option to go for
