Q.
my 9 month old doesn't drink water at all. he spits all the water whenever given. he is on formula milk and solids. he struggles a bit while passing stools and his stools are sometime slightly hard.please suggest some ways to make him drink water. been trying everyday for almost 2 months now. no use. spits out everything.

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. you can give the water and Sippy cup for colourful spout cup and also you can give sometimes vegetable soup fresh fruit juices coconut water to maintain adequate hydration for the baby if not taking much water
