Q.
Hello, my baby is 11months old and he does not drink water at all.He spits it out instantly as soon as I give him water to drink… What should I do?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Add little sugar to it or make nimbu paani or give coconut water or homemade juices and try giving water in a colourful Sippy cup as babies gets attracted to colours

keep baby well hydrated
baby should take water at regular intervals, after meals and on demand..
