RashmiMom of a 11 yr 9 m old girl4 days agoA. 8 to 10 hours of minimum sleep is really alright and very healthy for the child if your child is maintaining that kind of sleep that is a good sign that means your child is keeping really when you look at that it’s absolutely not a problem that your child is having
