my 7m old baby has this rash from almost 1 month what is this? its not going keeps coming back and not fully going.. what to do about it?

A. This is looking like a mosquito bite for me so moreover I was just advise you to apply coconut oil otherwise if you feel there is problem is it coming and going at a particular place then it could be due to an allergic reaction so please consult your doctor
