It’s like a infection that is developing which will have PUSS inside of it that is what it is looking like so I think the same thing your child has developed in the nail also I would suggest you to check with your doctor since you cannot puncture it by pressing it it would be very painful it’s on the eyes so please check with your doctor for the ointment to apply
