my 7 year old daughter is too much talkative ,speaks alot .she doesn't take much rest also . Doesn't want to study at all ,just play whole day . she has a 3 mont old baby sister now so cannot take so much care for her . what to do

yes it is hard to balance .
but please don't get panic for this
it is common among kids.
just try to tackle your child calmly and tactfully.
try to spend quality time with your child.
offer age appropriate toys and activities which also help to encourage your child interest in study.
for example
puzzles, building blocks etc
don't force your child for study.
choose study time as per your child choice.
but stay calm , consistent and positive.
make learning fun for your child.
ask help from your family member or partner to look after your child when you are busy with your little one.
