My 7 year old daughter getting high fever of 103 since 2 days with vomiting. Is it normal I am giving paracetamol and mefenemic acid . It reduces for 4/5 hours then again reach 103 . I am worried plz help . She is doing vomiting also

A. hi. do tepid sponging too.. give ors water yo avood dehydration. and its importsnt in this case to get tge certain investigation dobe, better to meet your doctor for tge same
