my 7 year n 4 year old is getting big big pimples on face in this season ?? what should i apply?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. they appear to be skin eruptions due to either viral infection or due to allergic skin and sensitivef skin. most of the times they will go away on their own without any treatment. do not apply any lotion cream or powder which might cause allergy if there are any cdischarge present then you can apply t bact cream. meet your doctor for local examination

Use calamine lotion I think that is going to help and also what is the reason you should check with your doctor because having such big pimples in the skin is not a good sign maybe there is impurity in the skin or blood better to check with the doctor regarding this
