My 7 month old is having tiny dots on his chest and belly area from past two days. I am applying extra moisturiser assuming it is caused due to heat. Can you pls suggest what it could be and any action to be taken?

This is looking like trash only but I would recommend you that apply calamine illusion and that is going to be much better because that usually helps a lot and better in this situation so use 3 to 4 times and yet if you do not keep getting within the time of a week it should be better check with your doctor
