My 7 month old is having diaper rash which is all red n prickly.used desonide lotion but not helping. what should I apply for faster healing?

A. for fast healing use sofirash or Easynappy rash cream. Treat diaper rashes with cream at the first sign to soothe and calm raging red skin. Givev diaper free time.
